Trollolol

Version 1.2:

Additions:

• /unconfuse <target> - Removes the potion effects of /confuse on the target
• /creep <target> - Spawns a creeper at the targets location (troll.creep)
• /ptnt <target> - Spawns primed TNT at the targets location (troll.ptnt)
• Added better looking error message when a player tries to do a command with out the proper permissions
