A new version with a lot of changes to the underlying code. This version also contains a few new features, including a concept of portal ownership, and support for the new permissions system. See the full change log here.
This version will work with the next RB when it comes out, as well. I wrote and tested it on 1.0 dev builds.
It is STRONGLY recommended that you use 2.1 instead of this if you have old portals you wish to import. There were some problems with importing old problems that the new version addresses.
