You can change armor protections for Zombies in the config.yml.

helmet: 1 -> protection 1

chestplate: 2 -> protection 2

leggings: 3 -> protection 3

boots: 4 -> protection 4

You can choose if the boots have FallProtection ( 0 to deny OR 1 to allow ). TowerZ don't need "Factions" plugin to work.
