POI
- Added ability to add and remove descriptions
- Changed POI Spawn checking to check for solid blocks rather than air
- POI now tells you if it is not active when created

- Added support for MySQL
- Removing all POIs, then adding will cause 2 groups to be created (due to schedules getting cancelled and recreated)
