1)Easier custom gamelevel setup, now you can just replace blocks in gamelevel and it will be enough.
2)Changed signs permissions, now they are the same as commands permissions.
3)Add arena status to join sign (you need to recreate sign to see this)
4)Fixed small regeneration bug.
