- Changed the private messaging system to a global messaging system per many requests.
- Added the disabling of bedrock w/ global warning.
- Setup the ability to allow lava buckets and flint and steel usage but will still globally warn!
- New global chat message, pretends the player in question says, "Hey, I just tried to place XX!" Where XX is the illegal block/item in question, while auto-cancelling the placement of said block.
