Added option for economy to be run on only one world. This allows for servers to keep their regular economy's but theme a single world around this one.

-Fixed bug where if player was trying to buy from themself, the items would disappear from their chest.

-Allowed for customization of death message if the player dies of a 0'timer

-Note server reloads can occur if your running a multiworld server and you have timeconomy set to a single world, and nobody is on that world.
