Features added

• Play smoke effect when breaking logs
• Deal damage to the axe used to break the logs
  • Leaves don't do damage to the axe
  • The axe won't deal damage in creative mode

• Debug output

Known bugs

• No matter how damaged the axe is, it breaks the whole tree and doesn't stop, when the axe is should be broken
• The axe doesn't really break, it's just left in the inventory with one more block break avaliable
