TestqUiz

This is a CRITICAL update. This update fixes many unkown issues with TestqUiz.

• Fixed the plugin not working at all sometimes
• Fixed teleporting not working whenever kicked
  • This also fixes timing and anti spamming for incorrect answers
• Fixed rank ups not working
  • This adds a World option under Permissions in the config. You must state the world, otherwise permissions (most likely) will not work.
• Added custom teleport location instead of the world's spawn
  • This adds a Teleport Command option under General in the config. This command is executed every time someone is cheating, they get an incorrect answer, or they start the test too fast. If this option starts with 'P: ' (including the space), that command will be executed by the player. See the configuration page for more information
