Teleport + Home

Fixes

• certain commands like /home list <player> and /area list, as well as /area remove and /area rename <name> <new name> work in the console.
• worlds with spaces in their name will no longer cause the plugin to freak out on load.

New Commands

• /area rename <name> <new name> - rename an area (for admins)
• /death - teleport to your death location

New Permissions

• teleport.area.rename - use the /area rename command
• teleport.death - use the /death command

Notes

personally, I think I'm getting a little out of hand with the permissions. I'm trying to develop this plugin as I imagine the community wants it to be developed. I want to give server owners ultimate control over who has access to what commands - and that means separate permissions for pretty much every action. If someone has a better idea on how to do this, please let me know.
