This update adds a new command handling system. The original system is still there, so plugins shouldn't break. The new system was inspired by the way WorldEdit manages its commands.
+ Added TacoCommandHandling 2.0
I will try to write up a tutorial on how to use it soon. Javadocs are updated to reflect the changes.
