+ Added /kitinfo <kit> command to display information about any kit.
+ Adjusted item parsing to be more friendly to items with specific data values. New format is [item]:[id]:[amount], OR [item]:[amount].
+ Adjusted error messages to be more user-friendly. Errors when parsing kits will no longer destroy the kits, and will print more helpful debugging info.
Permissions granting is broken.
