+ Corrected some info in plugin.yml

+ Potion Effects can now be specified in the effects section by their ID (proper naming to come)

+ Kits can now be set to give infinitely renewing potion effects with the field infiniteEffects (defaults to false)

+ Changed format of effect parsing to <type>:<amplifier>:<duration>

+ Kits can now be named with abbreviations. For example, "Archer" can be named with "ar". If two kits exist that could match the abbreviation (for example, "Arsonist"), the one that is defined first in kits.yml will be taken.

The format for specifying potion effects has been changed to be more friendly to infinite effects!  Be sure to update your kits!
