Storm

Finally, some fixes to some long-standing bugs. Thank CorruptedHelix for his time in helping me debug Storm: without him, this build would not have been possible.

Here is a list of bugs squashed:

• Players keeping earthquake speed effects after earthquakes stop
• Nullpointer on startup from ErrorLogger
• Incompatibility with all plugins assuming a shooter of a fireball (meteor) is never null: now you can run Storm with plugins like ExtraHardMode
• Meteors only scratching ground surface

And some things added:

• Node to toggle whether volcanoes are persistent (survive restart)
• Node to toggle whether screens shake during earthquakes

This build has been thoroughly tested, and I can assure that you will not have problems like with R1 - 1 anytime soon.
