Stone Generator

Fixed:

• Save config.yml system repaired,
• To use /stoner command you don't have to have permissions, (If it doesn't work use stonegenerator.cmd permission),
• New config.yml,

Removed:

• Polish and German language from config.yml,

Replaced:

• /stonegenerator command is now /stoner,

Comments:

• Stoners placed in V1, V1.1.5, V1.2 and V1.3 works in V1.4,
