A good rewrite!
Moved update code to a new task class and made the task run for each player that joins.
Shuts down tasks as players leave.
No more Bukkit.getServer().getOnlinePlayers(); calls! (Turns out the way I was calling it was bad, oh well, new code is better anyway!)
