SmoothPlot

Changes:

• Support for the latest Vault and Bukkit 1.4.7-R1.0 support (finally!!!!!!!!!!!)
• Added configurable plot types with custom exapnds etc.
• Upgraded config file (Configuration Sections and more)
• Tekkit Support (add [RedPower], [BuildCraft] and [IndustrialCraft] fake-players to the plots you want)
• Fixed [For Sale] sign that didn't added greeting message
• Little code clean up (well this is performace clean up, speed up and a little memory fix)
• Customizable greetings messages with an OWNER tag
• Removed command that allows check plot cost and added some new way
• When hitting (left-click) plot-sign player see its price
• Signs on the walls are working now too!
• Added command to remove plots (however you can still do it via WorldGuard commands)
• And some other stuff that I don't even member about :)
