  3. database file is no longer needed to save amount of player plots (works quicker and no danger of file corruption!)
  4. fixed region parent bug while plot-reselling (if you got 1.3b you MUST download this update)

All current features are sign-based and there is no need to save anything to files! All systems are based on loops, signs and WorldGuard database!
