Smoke Bombs

Add smoke bombs to your server! Hit a player with an egg and give them nausea/blindness.
What's new
1.2 (Permission false by default): Added because of a request. Permission to use smoke bombs is off by default. Use the other 1.2 version if you don't specifically want this.
1.2: Made it so that bombs also activate when they hit blocks.
