Slot Lock

NOTE: This is a huge update, your old configs may not work any more, and none of your locked books will.

To update: Just get all the locked items in your inventory before you update (delete your old config), then relock them with the lock command.

Totally recoded and changed the lock config setup to allow for different items being locked in the same slot.

Removed books.yml and added them to the items in config.yml

Added support for banners.

Added support for player heads.

Added new lockhand command with slot option.

Added new set command for slot command.

Added support for different items in the same slot being locked for different permissions.

Fixed typing 1-9 on an item to swap locked items.

Not tested much after this big update.
