- Fixed glitch where ranger noxius venom didn't work
- Fixed glitch where mage's healing did not scale with level
- Added new command: /skill setsoul [player] [amt] permission: skill.setsouls
Would not be able to change player skill type from configs. Will add command to do so soon.
