• Only when sneaking, does the pyro netherrack bomb work.
• Mage no longer does true damage, just ordinary damage
• Mage's staffs don't lose durability when attacking
• Made Pyro's pyromania more potion-friendly
• Let pyro's aspect of the flame scale on Pyro's level (Level divided 5)
• Let /skill see give actual facts, instead of random gibberish.

Notes: I will slowly sieve through each skill's file to clean-up unnecessary things and let things be more independant (break away from worldguard) and let things be more potioneffect-friendly.
