## New Features
- Added full multi-language support system with 5 languages: English, Russian, Spanish, French, German
- Added `/skillforge999 language <en|ru|es|fr|de>` command to change the server language (op-only)
- Language configuration added at the top of config.yml with documentation of supported languages
- All player-facing messages, GUI titles, skill names, effect descriptions, and party messages are now fully translated
- Logger messages also respect the configured language
- Added `skillforge.language` permission node
