Changes from SkillAPI Addon (credit to EvrinSen)
- Added "friendly" option to class groups, causing players professed as the same class within the group to not hit each other
- Added options to disable skill casting or exp gain in specified world guard regions
- Added a command to swap classes "/class changeclass <player> <group> <class>"
- Fixed some edge cases where casting was happening immediately on join or changing worlds
- Disabled skills hitting armor stands
