SimpleSignEdit

New features:

• LWC support! This is entirely optional and can either replace or mirror SimpleSignEdit's built-in database.
• The "Table found!" startup message no longer looks like an error. Unless you're using some database system that probably doesn't exist.
• New API function: canEditSign(Player,Block|Location)

Bug fixes:

• Config is generated as the values are needed, as in versions prior to the new Bukkit configuration classes.
• Signs are no longer duplicated if you are in creative mode.
• "Missing directory on first startup" error is probably fixed.
• Fixed bug where signs wouldn't update on R5+
