• Added reload feature - '/save reload' to reload the config.
• Added permission SimpleSave.Admin - For using /save reload.
• Added permission SimpleSave.* - For all SimpleSave permissions.
• Added a list of the permissions to the plugin.yml.
• Changed how the plugin reads certain parts of the config. (Any part with a true or false answer) - This should not affect usage too much.
• Removed a command which shouldn't of existed.(This was from a feature I was going to add but was removed last minute. This feature was replaced by the reload command, making it redundant.)
