Simple Time Promotion

Attention! I have renamed the plugin from "SimplePromote" to "SimpleTimePromotion" this means you have to rename your server folder from "SimplePromote" to "SimpleTimePromotion"!! The permissions are not changed yet!

• Added many messages to the config.yml with editable variables like playerName, oldRank, newRank
• Added the ability to use color codes in the messages. (&0, &1, ...)

• New parameter for the "/temprank command" (Added the time)
  • /temprank [PlayerName] [NewRank] [Date] (Time) [OldRank]

• Added a variable check method to the config.yml
  • CheckMethod: interval OR onPlayerJoin OR all
    • interval -> Check the time of all players that are currently online.

• Added interval to the config.yml
  • Interval: 5 (Count in minutes)

• Added support for other permission plugins like EssentialsGroupManager and so on.
  • Change the promote and demote command with the "PromoteCommand:" and "DemoteCommand:" from the config.yml

Attention! The plugin will automatically create a backup of the users.yml named as oldUsers.yml! Don't forget to restore them in the new used format!

Do not change the "DateFormat:" because it is not correctly implemented in this version of SimpleTimePromotion.

You have to add a past date to the new "FromDate:" and a past time to the new "FromTime:" variables.

This version is written with Java7, compiled with Java5 and tested on a bukkit server running with Java7. I don't know whether it work with older java versions, try it out and enjoy it. :)
