Features Added

• 'dobans' config option (default 'true'). When this is set to false, there is no ban effect created, and this plugin simple acts as a death log. Useful if you want to show deaths on a website using the web app, without having deathbans.

Fixes / Changes

• Kick time after death changed from 1 tick to 20 ticks (1 second). There were issues with players dying again when reconnecting after a player death time expired.
