Simple Factions

- fixed gamebreaking bug involving /sf disband

• /home now accepts snow, carpet, and water as "safe" places to spawn
• fixed a resource leak
• changed most bukkit.getPlayer(string name) commands to non deprecated functions (such as (Player) sender) to comply with upcoming 1.8 update. Still needs one or two things changed until 100% compatible with 1.8
• fixed the double lists for enemies in /sf info
• fixed a typo in /sf access
• added in the simplefactions.admin permission
• players with simplefactions.admin can now break any block and disband any faction
• fixed bug with relation requests/acceptance not sending a message to the other faction
• fixed /sf home error in which it wouldn't let you teleport on top of carpet or water
• made /sf home no longer tp you into the air
• fixed home on death error
• you can no longer demote or promote yourself
• added experimental soft power cap feature (math may not be correct yet - it's untested!)

• Updating simplefactions will currently make a backup of your old config, and then make a new one! Be sure to always make sure that your settings are correct before starting up the server. Be sure to keep regular backups of all player/faction data and all config data!
