ShipLocking

• You can now get some infos by doing a left-click on any lock
• You can remove your lock easily by doing a right-click on the lock
• A player with "shiplocking.bypass" will be able to remove any lock by doing a right-click on it

Next version (1.3 or 1.4):

• Change messages with "messages.yml"
• Remove any lock with /shiplock <owner>
