- Prevent ArmorStands from being affected
- Added new "ShieldTakesDamage" config option to determine whether a shield takes damage when used or not
- Commands can now be sent through the console
- All config values are now loaded on plugin load. Prevents a few latency issues
- Added new ShieldChargeEvent to the API for developers
- Default values in the config are now doubles rather than integers
