• Added '/msg [player]' command
• Aliases: '/tell, /whisper'
• Added permission 'hub.msg', to be able to use the '/msg' command

• Added '/setmidle' command, define the midle of the hub, this is used for the boarder feature
• Added '/delmidle' command, delete the midle of the hub, if it exists
• Added permission 'hub.setmidle', to be able to use the '/setmidle' command
• Added pemission 'hub.delmidle', to be able to use the '/delmidle' command

• Added in config 'Auto-Update', define if the plugin should auto-update when a new version is available
• Added in config 'BorderRadius', define the radius of the border
• Added in config 'UseBorder', define if the border feature should be used or not
• The border is a boundary within a normal player can be, operators can walk outside of it, normal players will get punched back

• Added in config 'CanDestroyBlocks', define if normal players can destroy blocks, ops can do it, doesn't matter what you set it in the config to
• Added in config 'CanPlaceBlocks', define if normal players can place bloks, ops can do it, doesn't matter what you set it in the config to
• Added in config 'Pvp', define if players should be able to hit each others
