Added

• Added an item that if you click with it on a player the player will be hidden for you (until you join the server again)
• You can edit which item it should be in the config at 'HidePlayerItem'.
• You can edit if the player will get the item when he joins at 'GetHidePlayerItemOnJoin'.
• You can edit to which slot the item should be put at 'HidePlayerItemSlot'.
• You can edit if a player can drop the HidePlayerItem in the config at 'CanDropHidePlayerItem'.
• Added permissions 'serverhub.hideplayers' (to use the hide player item)

Fixed

• Fixed error in console when you click on signs (Thanks at everyone that posted a comment about this!)
• Fixed error that when there aren't any hubs and you type /hubs that you get an error message (You'll now get 'There are no hubs!')
