Again a big update!

• Added that you can set multiple hubs ! (/sethub [name]
• Added command /sethub primary (to set a primary hub, thats important because you will get teleported there if you click on the teleport item or you join the server!
• Added permission serverhub.primary | to set the primary hub
• If you make /hub you will be teleported to the primary hub
• With /hub [name] you can be teleported to the hub [name] if it exists
• If you run /huball [name] all online players will be teleported to the hub [name] if it exists
