Added to perform the command /heal the other players.
Added new commands and the permssions to that:
- /kill - Kill a player. - command.kill
- /ban - Ban a player. - command.ban
- /unban - Unban a player. - command.unban
- /tp - Teleportation to the player. - command.warp.tp
- /put - Put the player. - command.warp.put

Added new lines to the file config.yml

DELETE YOUR OLD CONFIG!

Coomands: /fly, /unfly, does not work and warps write only in session, which means that the server overload warps to remove.
