Fixed the plugin for 1.5.1.
Added "/sba reload" command (permisson required: "scoreboardannouncer.reload" - only OPs have this by default).
Added "scoreboardannouncer.see" permission. It is required to see the messages the plugin is sending. Everyone has this by default.

This version is out of date!

This version is out of date. It does not work with the latest Bukkit builds. It is recommended to download the newest version of the plugin at: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/scoreboardannouncer/files/5-score-board-announcer-v1-3/.
