• Finally from 30-40% i got the performance down to 22%. Tested with 3 worlds. To get this use SavePlayersEverywhere (true) and SaveAllWorlds (false)
  

• Code fixes

• Removed Chunk Unloading, since I changed the way of disabling default worldsave, It's unnecessary.

• Removed SaveOnDisable option, It's unnecessary due bukkit saves on stop.

• Updated Updater (lol)
