Safety Blanket With Permission v1.2 With added ability to de-op everyone that get's banned when someone tryes to op someone that shouldn't be. So if i am hacked, person who's name was trying to be opped, will get banned and de-opped and me also. so my account isn't accessable or worth it to them anymore since im not op anymore.

after some testing i realised permission are still bugged. i think i know what's wrong but not entirely sure. i recommend sticking with 1.0 for the moment, that one is a mature release
