New Energy Values for a majority of blocks and items for testing for 4.0.

You can now "enable fire gain" in the disabled-runes.txt (disabled by default) to get FireGain

Fixes for Recall

Ores added to the creation blacklist

Transmutation is now on the clear rather than consume list.

You can now "disable creative restrictions" in the disabled-runes.txt (enabled by default) which will allow you guys to use the following Runes in creative:
 - Faith Transfer Portal
 - Freight Teleporter
 - True Name
 - Gaining Energy
 - Reality Anchor

Inheritance Bug Fixes for the End as well as if you have multiple ItemStacks in your inventory.

Fixed Emerald Energy values.

Fixed Levitation Obelisk rounding bugs, thank you SuperLlama for helping to fix that!

Fixed Smelter to be better.

Fixed Mobs not triggering RunePads in worlds that weren't the main world.
