- Added permission "cucumbers_cr.rules.admin" that allows a player to make changes to the rules and agreements. By default, this is given to ops.
- When players that have yet to agree to the rules connect to the server, they will no longer be teleported to the world spawn. This makes it practical to reset agreements from players after performing rule changes.
- When players that have yet to agree to the rules connect to the server, they are no longer hidden from users with the admin permission.
- When players that have yet to agree to the rules connect to the server, a message is sent to users with the admin permission.
- When a player agrees to the rules, a different message is sent to players with the admin permission notifying them they have agreed. For regular players, this appears as a normal join message.
- When a player agrees to the rules, there is now a space between their username and "has joined the game."
