- added in common terms to the config so you can edit what messages are seen in game
- added in a spawns reload command usable by ops to reload config changes made withour requiring a server reload
- added in a config option for how far away players can rez from
- changed the /res command to /rez to get rid of conflicts with another plugin (that doesn't even have /res listed on their wiki for commands it uses)
- optimized the plugin to use less resources
- added in a check to make sure you are in the world the player you are rezzing is in to get rid of annoying distance errors in console from people trying to rez from different worlds.
