Rpg Guilds

- fixed an error that could sometimes cause an error on players joining a guild.
- removed a players ability to set people to their own rank
- removed a players ability to change their own ranks
- removed a players ability to change someones rank if their rank was equal to their own
- removed the ability for anyone but the guild leader to change the guild leaders rank (oops!)
- now when the guild leader sets a new guild leader their own rank is changed to default
- added the ability for the guild leader to change the default term for the guild leader rank with /grank defaults leader new_leader_rank
- added the ability for the guild leader to change the default term for the guild Newbie rank with /grank defaults newbies new_newbies_rank

- guild banks are still not implemented
- guild rank gui is still not implemented
- officer chat is still not implemented
- ability to set and read player notes / info is still not implemented
