- included the default config.yml to stop startup errors
- fixed many many many bugs
- added in food buffs
- did some more stuff and things with coding and stuff, end result: less lagg, less bugs :)

if players click quickly while moving they can still "consume" food, but no health or buffs are gained, they just waste it.
