RoboticStaff

• Partially cleaned the code
• Temporarily removed %delete%, messages will always be deleted
• Added the possibility to use color in alias, for make your own messages instead of [RoboticStaff]
• If you leave blank roboticstaff-join (''), it wont print anything
• Now you can use "," to make tags more efficient. For example, if you use "I, need, help", also messages which contains "I need some help" will be answered
• When you type "/roboticstaff reload", if there are not the same number of ask and answer, or tag and tag_answer, it will print a warning (It work both in the console and in-game)
