What's new
- Slight changes in AnnotationConfig and AnnotationCommands to remove potential future risk of them being called without a wrapper checking for permissions. This did not present a security risk in the previous version as the code is not utilised yet at all.
- Added 'player' and 'p' objects for the player executing the command (if the console is executing the command, this will not be set).
