- Support bridges made of new wooden slab and double slab block by default
- Improve movement of entities on bridge (including support for bridges made up of upper half blocks); entities should hopefully fall off less or even not at all
- Support new solid blocks for base (end stone, etc.)
- Ignore redstone current through sign posts and wall signs (this may or may not be a Bukkit bug)
