- Fixed a human error in the permissions check for /check.
- Fixed a human error in the failed permission message for /modreq
- Added optional Vault support. This allows the plugin to work fine in all Vault compatible permission handlers. If vault is not present, the plugin will use superperms.

This is currently a beta, a work in progress. Some things might not work like expected or is missing. Open a ticket if you find something. ^^
