3.4.0 update

Added the option to have a list of plugins to auto reload rather than
reloading all, added custom messages, fixed reload all reloading exempt
plugins, updated metrics to eliminate the error it was causing,
miscelaneous bug fixes

May work on versions prior to 1.9, I will test and publish results later
