Added console log when user doesn't have permission to use command. Permissions default to op.
It gets weird when you try to change the volume during a song playing. It doesn't listen to the client volume setting while playing, but plays at the volume level when initially starting.
Regions close to one another, or inside one another will cause the plugin to break and throw errors when music is set in one or both of them.
