Changed the way the regions saved. No longer save in text file. Regions are saved with their assigned records in a serialized object called RegionManager in the data folder for the plugin.

It gets weird when you try to change the volume during a song playing. It doesn't listen to the client volume setting while playing, but plays at the volume level when initially starting.

Regions close to one another, or inside one another will cause the plugin to break and throw errors when music is set in one or both of them.
